DVClaim Kit sells one-time digital kits (documents and reports) delivered immediately to your account. Because the products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final once a document has been downloaded.
7-day technical-failure guarantee
If you purchased a kit and the documents fail to download or the reports fail to load, and we cannot resolve the technical problem within 7 days of your purchase, contact support@example.com — Edit before launch with your purchase email and we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
Before you buy
The free tier exists precisely so you can evaluate the product before paying: run the eligibility check and the conservative estimate first. Estimates are informational and are not a prediction or promise of what any insurer or court will pay — dissatisfaction with a claim outcome is not a technical failure and is not refundable.
How refunds are processed
Refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
