1. What we provide

DVClaim Kit is a self-help software service that generates informational estimates and document templates related to vehicle diminished value claims. We are not a law firm, not an appraisal service, and not an insurance adjuster. Nothing in the service is legal, appraisal, or insurance advice, and no attorney-client or fiduciary relationship is created.

2. Not legal advice; accuracy of state data

Legal outcomes depend on facts, policy language, and the law of your jurisdiction. State rules and statutes of limitations shown in the product are research summaries with confidence markers; they may be outdated, incomplete, or inapplicable. You are responsible for verifying every figure, deadline, and citation with official sources or a licensed attorney before acting on it.

3. Your account

You must provide a valid email address and a password of at least 8 characters, and you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You may not use the service to generate documents containing information you know to be false; the documents you send are your own statements.

4. Purchases

Paid tiers are one-time purchases processed by Stripe: the Basic Kit ($9) and the Full Kit ($29), as described on the pricing page. Prices are in USD. Purchases unlock features server-side and are tied to your account; they are not transferable. See the refund policy for our refund terms.

5. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to breach, scrape at scale, or resell access to the service. Automated abuse of the generation endpoints may be rate-limited or blocked. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or use generated documents for fraudulent purposes.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for the outcome of any insurance claim, negotiation, or legal proceeding.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continuing to use the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
